Stocked items will be sent out the same week (Mon – Fri), If we do not have the item in stock please be aware that it might take 2-3 weeks before item is ready to be sent. All our post is sent recorded delivery, using either Royal Mail or DHL depending on destination.

Please be aware that the UK has left the EU, anyone purchasing from outside the UK may be charged customs and VAT duties as their items enter their own country. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside our control.

Brexit: The UK and EU have an agreement stating that products made entirely in the UK are free within the EU. All our jewellery are 100% made in the UK and therefore our EU parcels are marked Delivery Duty Paid, this should void further charges for the receiver. 

The UK and the EU have an agreement that states products that are made in UK will not be subject to Duty fees.

Our pieces are all 100% made and produced in the UK so fortunately, this applies to us!

  • By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
  • By placing an order at Hjälte Jewellery, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission to buy from us.
  • All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Hjälte Jewellery as responsible for the personal information.
  • Events outside Hjälte Jewellery’s control shall be considered force majeure.
  • The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
  • Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
  • Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
  • Please note that local charges may occur.
  • Hjälte Jewellery reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.

Our Returns Policy in short

  • Contact us at [email protected] before returning any items.
  • You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in new condition (no scratches or signs of wear).
  • To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
  • Want to switch to another size of the same product? You can do that, just contact us.

  • You are responsible for paying the return cost when exchanging size or item, we will cover the cost to send it back.
  • Please use a recorded delivery service. 
  • If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
