We aim to send items out within 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri), Rings are sized by hand and may therefore take a little longer to ship. If we do not have the item in stock please be aware that it might take 2-3 weeks before item is ready to be sent. All our jewellery are sent with a tracking number, using either Royal Mail or DHL depending on destination and your selected choice at checkout.
If you require an item urgently please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate, we cannot be held responsible for items getting stuck at customs as that is out of our control, all our orders are sent tracked.
Please be aware that the UK has left the EU, anyone purchasing from outside the UK may be charged customs and VAT duties as their items enter their own country. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside our control.

Our Returns Policy in short

- You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be in new condition (no scratches or signs of wear) and in original box.
- To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.

- You are responsible for paying the return cost when exchanging size or item, we will cover the cost to send it back.
- Please use a recorded delivery service.
- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
- We cannot accept returns on ear studs/earrings due to hygienic reasons.
